Research & Interviews
We did secondary research to understand how other consultant companies and websites for job searching display their information and how they manage to charm users.
On the other hand, we did some interviews to understand how the websites referred to above transmit trust to the users and what makes them feel safe and choose to work with that company in particular.
We concluded that transparency is the key. They like to know a little about the company, what it does to help the user, and what projects it has.
Competitive Analysis
We conducted a competitive analysis to see how they are displaying their platforms. We used some of the companies used in the interviews and meetings as well by the users.


Heuristics Evaluation
During the Heuristics Evaluation, we identified inconsistencies and issues with organization, spacing and efficiency in the website. For example, there is not enough spacing and on the first page the users as to click several time to see some information about the company.

Branding
The company already had a branding but was open to some adjustments.
During the interviews some people commented how the logo was similar to the Whatsapp. With this in mind, we redesigned the logo, keeping the idea of conversation implemented on the logo.
On the other side, we tested the contrast with the main colours, and the majority was not passing, so we adjusted the colours a bit to make them pass all the tests.
We used blue as the main colour for parts destined for the companies and green for the job seeker.
